There's no telling how far this talented taekwondo team will go.
Three athletes from Doncaster's Joon No's Taekwondo will represent Australia at this month's World Junior Championships in Taipei, Taiwan.
Benecia Cheong, Mia Nebrida and Daryl May won gold medals at the qualifying tournament late last year to secure their spots on the team.
Their head instructor, Grandmaster Joon No, was also appointed as head coach of the Australian team of 19 athletes.
"I am extremely proud that once again we have the highest representation on the national team," No said.
"These three athletes are talented, dedicated and will do their best at the World Junior Championships.
"Australia is yet to have its first world junior champion and I hope these three will make history to become Australia's first junior world champion in March."
The World Junior Championships is held once every two years and features the best players from around the world in each weight division, between the ages of 15 and 17.
Cheong, 16, is no stranger to international success, and has been the reigning national champion for eight years. She will compete in the under-44kg category.
Nebrida, also 16 and multiple national champion, will compete in the under -42kg division, while 15-year-old May has five national titles and will be in the under -45kg category.
