Bianca No packs a powerful punch for such a tiny frame.
The 14-year old has rapidly progressed through the taekwondo ranks during the past decade and is on the verge of qualifying for the junior World Championships.
On April 7, No won a Victorian Title in the 14-17 years Flyweight section.
It was a sensational achievement considering No's age and that she fought above her weight division.
The Doncaster resident is now focused on the selection trials, to be held in Melbourne in May, for the Australian team to contest the junior World Championships later this year.
No gained valuable international experience last year while competing in the Korean Open. She proved herself a worthy competitor after winning two gold medals and a silver for sparring.
No said taekwondo built determination and this small powerhouse has enough of that to construct a skyscraper.
